Tracking a Delivery
Parcel Tracking and Proof of Delivery
It's quick and easy to track the progress of an order that has been despatched from our warehouse.
1. Log in with your username and password (new users register)
2. From the My Account menu (in the top navigation section) select Order History.
3. Find the order you require on the page and click the Tracking link. By default the page shows orders for the previous ten days only. If your order was placed more than ten days ago, use the search box to view older orders by changing the dates.
4. Click on the Parceline Consignment Number to track your parcel and view proof of delivery. If the order has been despatched in more than one shipment, seperate numbers will appear for each one.
