This means you get the processing power, memory, storage, graphics and overall performance to meet your business needs prior to you taking delivery.  These services are ideal for businesses that have limited space, time and expertise to deploy their own hardware on-site.

Server Build

The server is the heart of your network and built to your requirements for performance, security and business continuity, including:

  • Hard drive
  • Memory upgrades
  • Fan kits and cooling requirements
  • Processors
  • RAID controllers

A pre-delivery inspection (PDI) is included in any server build.

Hardware and Software Installation

Whether you need increased memory or hard drive capacity or want software installing, the Configuration Centre can prepare your PC’s to save you time and cost during deployment.

Load Company Image

If you need multiple identical PCs, then loading a software image at build stage will save hours of I.T. time.

When your equipment is prepared in the Configuration Centre you can have your software installed on the hard disk of each machine, including applications, software presets and defaults burned on to the hard drive of desktops, notebooks and servers.

This ensures that all of your machines are configured to your business standard, saving valuable time loading applications on individual machines.

Asset and security tagging

Why tag your equipment? Tagging is a great way to keep track of your I.T. assets and can be done on any equipment when it is built or installed. It reduces the chances of theft and means you’ve got an up-to-date register of I.T. assets for auditing and accounting purposes.

Irremovable labels are attached to all items and all details – such as model and serial number; are entered on to an asset register in your chosen format.

Pre-delivery inspection (PDI)

Our pre-delivery testing ensures your hardware works before dispatch.

The PDI covers:

  • Full cosmetic check for superficial damage
  • Power-on check
  • Full hardware test
  • Check the required components that are supplied with the hardware
