Eligibility:
Full or part-time student aged five or over enrolled on a course that will deliver an academic qualification publicly recognised by the Department for Education & Skills (DfES) or the Irish Department of Education (DOE)
Teachers: Full or part-time registered to teach in a school, college or educational establishment recognised by the Department for Education and Skills (DfES), the Irish Department of Education (DoE), or the Higher Education Authorities (HEAs).
Education establishment:
Universities and Colleges: only those recognised by the DfES or the Scottish Executive Education Department
Primary and Secondary Schools: only those recognised as a state, public or private school by the DfES or the Scottish Executive Education Department.
Government Education Authorities: Local Education Authorities (LEAs).
Government Training Colleges: If a FileMaker product is used only in classroom training -- eg the Armed Forces.
Department for Education and Skills (DfES): Welsh Office, Scottish Office and Northern Ireland Office Education Departments.
Hospitals: When a FileMaker product is used in a teaching environment.
Public Research Establishments: Only if funded by the DfES
