Challenge
To supply a highly specialised business critical component not generally available to the military, let alone to a reseller.
Solution
The Account Team worked tirelessly, contacting colleagues, partners and suppliers across Europe in Germany, Belgium, Italy and beyond. Once the working day had ended, they made contact with the manufacturer in the USA, eventually tracking down the parts at 10pm on a Friday night.
Outcome
The customer received their parts in good time and was able to complete a highly pressing project for their own customer.
