In order to effectively manage your network, our Remote I.T. Management team needs full access rights. This inevitably raises security issues, but we will give you full details of any activity we need to perform on your network. Although we look after the day-to-day running of your network you still maintain control over it, and we will never access it without your permission

Every month you will receive a report from Remote I.T. Management services, summarising our activities and making recommendations. If an important incident occurs, we will issue an exception report.
